Due to the increased production costs of Print-On-Demand and the variance in pricing based on sizes, prices are levied on a per-size basis. Ofnus typically receives between 5-20% of the cost of the order. We strive to offer high quality apparel at the lowest possible price point.
Please ensure prior to placing an order through the Print on Demand service that you are satisfied with the size chosen. Ofnus will not be able to arrange returns for either buyers remorse, incorrect shipping address details entered, or incorrect sizing option selected.
If items are not delivered within 5 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us. Where base items are out of stock with the item supplier, delivery may take up to 2-4 weeks.
In any case of damage/misprint/defective items, please get in touch with Ofnus within 15 days of product delivery date with clear photos of the product and the affected areas to allow us to initiate the returns process with the supplier. Unfortunately, it would not be possible for us to request returns outside of this window.
